The Samaritan
Situated over the vegetable garden of the Monastery, the chapel of Samaritan is a real jewel of Renaissance, restored in 1999 and to returned to its past splendour
It's possible to admire the "Well of Sichar" but the statuary group in terracotta with Jesus, the Virgin and the Apostles, after many year of carelessness, has been sold in 1912 to the Cleveland Museum of Art in the USA, and with the proceeds they restored the other chapels.
